Its an amazing book store where you can practically fet anything. They often has sales where they books from libraries and then sell the books for $1 each. They also host a series of events including a event where local writers can come read their work.
This bookstore was wonderful for the first few years after it opened. It had a large selection of books, magazines, and other items. As I visit now years later, the selection shrinks every time I visit. Much of the store is now draped behind mysterious "under construction" barriers and has been for years, taking away about half the store's original size. Gone also are inviting seating areas to sit and read or chat. At my visit today, it seems that half the magazine racks were empty, probably in preparation for a further reduction in the offerings. Since the section is half what it used to be, it is now down to a quarter of what was originally offered. There's nothing wrong with used books, but the store book offering seems to be primarily a mishmash of unorganized library books, with a few popular novels and YA books thrown in. What was once a great bookstore has now become a shell of its former self with an identity crisis.
They have some really great books, new and used! It's a fun store to look thru, but come with plenty of time to peruse; it's sort of organized by section and not at all in alpha. But so worth it!
Great place to find new and used books!! If they don't have it they will get it for you.
Cool independent book store. The manager was really nice and donated items to an event for children in foster care.
