Online process of reserving was easy. Pickup process was smooth. Car handled well and was very quiet. The only thing I didn't like was it smelled slightly of cigarette smoke and a couple stains on the back seat. Other than that, it was good. Drop off process was easy. I will definitely use Avis again.

The owner called Gordon led us to believe that our fuel costs would be very minimal but lied about it and charged us $50 for about 5 gallons of fuel. Use someone else in Huntington WV
