At first glance everything in the store looks really nice and high quality, but in reality it's VERY VERY poorly made clothing that is pretty expensive. Even their return policy shows that they know it is cheaply made. There are NO returns only exchanges within 5 days of purchase. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. You are better off saving your money. (P.S. I have recently found out that Most of the people writing good reviews work at the store itself)
The clothes here are very expensive for how they are made. They easily tear, and the zippers don't even work. I bought my daughter a dress and after the first day the zipper stopped working. Instead of $50 the quality was probably worth $10. Their "return" policy is even worse because YOU CANNOT RETURN you can only exchange (within 5 days?!?). Do not shop here, it's only a waste of money.
Their clothing is easily found on other sites for a fraction of the cost. You are better off looking through their selection, finding the brand names, and shopping at a different location. Their return policy (only exchanges within the first 5 days) is enough not to purchase from this establishment.
Great group of employees- the girls are lovely. Clothing can be found on a wide variety of online shops for a fraction of the cost- literally. Not a great place to work either, especially if you attend school or if you are prone to anxiety/panic attacks due to stress/tension.
Today my friend and I wished to look at some formal dresses, especially since the store had a sign outside that said 50 % off all evening and formal dresses. When asked if we could go upstairs and look a clerk asked us why we wanted to look at the dresses. We stated that we have a wedding that we were going to go to, and that we wanted to buy a dress. Then the clerk looked at us suspiciously and told us we couldn't go up there. She went to talk to the manager and then came back and said well you can't buy a dress up there they are only prom dresses not for weddings. Excuse me?! Since when have formal dresses only been for prom, and what would it matter since I am a paying customer? We were both of Arab descent and at Arab weddings we dress very formal to weddings. Then the clerk gave us another excuse why we couldn't go up there and then finally we just decided to leave. I thought it was very rude because first of al there was a sign outside that mentioned the evening dresses, I don't know if it was because we looked young or what but we are both 24 and grad students. I just wish the clerk, or even the manager would have been straightforward with us, instead we were just given a bunch of excuses.
