I received a speeding ticket while passing through WV on vacation and I called the court as instructed on my citation and the staff were so darn friendly I nearly couldn't believe it. The judge returned my call personally and explained what I needed to do.
I was impressed by the level of customer service even though I was obviously not happy about getting a ticket (I should have paid more attention to the posted speed limit in highway 7, apparently it a very dangerous stretch with a lot of accidents).
