The doctors are great as well an the dentists... however the people at the front desk always somehow "forget" to tell my doctor that i signed in ! Almost everytime i have to go up there and ask them, its extremely annoying and often i am waiting there for hours because of their mistake. Also i feel like they are rude and have social conversations quite frequently
The doctors are great but the ladies at the front desk are always unpleasant. It makes me feel like they don't want to be there in the first place. I almost changed my doctor to the VH on Half Greer. The ladies there are nice and helpful.
If you're going here to see the dentist save yourself the trouble. The dentist is so rude and everyone at the front desk has nasty attitudes. Everytime I've had a visit here I have had very unpleasant experiences. They don't treat you like you are a human being.
The staff is very helpful when I call with questions. In office the front office is very nice and gets me in with no problems. The doctors and nurses are great as well! Glad I found a place that cares about their patients. I have recommended to many of my friends.
The doctor is rushed. I didn't feel like i could talk to her. I got the impression that she just wanted to move on to the next person. Now i am stuck looking for a new doctor.
