Was diagnosed with inner ear infection. Completely missed the fact that I have pneumonia. Ended up in ER within 48 hrs of visit. Only go here for small stuff. Like a small cut. And considering the lack of actual concern for me the patient, I would probably still wait it out at one of the hospitals. Definitely felt like more of a number than a patient. Please always go to ER if you need an actual diagnosis of a condition for proper care. In all fairness the nurse was nice and did her job. The doctor on the other hand could use much more practice and or training.
Been seen there several times and the hours of operation are GREAT. No waiting for appointment--you can be seen when your actually sick and need someone NOW. Definitely recommend.
I went in with lower back pain that had gotten worse by the hands of another doctor. The wait was minimal. Had to give them a moment to enter my bio. Everyone was very nice. The young doctor with a serious beard was personable, knowledgeable and didn't rush me through like a head of cattle sent to slaughter. He actually listened and had a discussion with me.

Oh, and the place was pretty clean. Trust me, I looked. So I didn't feel like a needed to take a shower from being exposed to a bio hazard.
Just left there from trying to get a dot physical! Wich I didn't get due to the lady at front desk want a sleep apnea info! The DOT changed the law in august that sleep apnea study is no longer required for CDL driver! The people at urgent care need to read the laws! By this happening it's costing me a days work!
