Almost every time I've been here, I've always had good experience with the employees. They have always been friendly and I can't yet say that I've truly had a bad visit here so far
Alex is a very nice and helpful worker. Shout out to him. I don't really know about anything else. I just called him to ask about the trade in deals because southridge didn't answer.
Always really rude workers threatening to call the police on you for no reason. One time I came in there with my card, my chip is currently broke and the man accused me of stealing my own debit card. Refused to sell me the game because he believed my card was stolen even though I have valid ID to prove its mine. This is completely ridiculous, the workers need an attitude check, some customer service classes or just shut the place down. It's the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Also made fun of my grandmother for playing wizard 101 and her buying cards, she won't ever walk in a game stop again because of this service. This needs stopped.
People were very helpful even though we had a ton of questions we will definitely go back there again.
People that complain about the workers rudeness usually are the people who only come in once ever so often and act like they are video game masters.. I had same issue when I switched Gamestop I use but once they saw I'm a actual gamer they became family.. they have always went above An beyond to make sure I get the absolute best deal possible I've made great friends here but if your attitude is negative and you act ignorant about how much you receive on trade-ins like the employees have any control over what your offered then you will get treated with the same attitude you have given them plain and simple. Highly recommend the staff and store for your video game needs!
