Call them on Wednesday because my Mom had a leak coming from a Apt . Above her condominium, they said they would call my Mother at 10:00am the next morning Thursday before they came out, just to wake her up . My Mother is 87 years ago. No call and they didn't show up at all, so I called at 1:00pm that day and they said they got busy and would be there by 2:30 that same day. 3:45 they call and can not make it until tomorrow. They show up at 9:30am on Friday and not only did they not fix the problem, they left and said the problem was in the apt above her condo. So I called Johnson out of B'vill and they came out ,not only did they fix the leak they stayed and helped me clean up the mess

Kenny from Ferguson's Brothers actually came and fixed my Air Conditioning which had been leaking water all over my carpet. He came in and was very professional and very quick. I have had this problem several times and he has been the only one that has been able to permanently fix it by adding a pump machine to my unit which stopped the pan from overflowing and leaking out to the carpet.
