I agree with the other reviewer about the parking situation but the walk doesn't seem that far to me. Everyone was welcoming and very helpful despite my being there close to closing. The level of service/compassion from my Dr was excellent and I got more help than from previous experiences at MedExpress and HIMG. I would rate it 3.5 stars.
Parking was horrible and it was a long walk. Rude receptionist, check-in lady, and nurse. The facility was dirty. The worst clinic I have ever been in and have lived in 4 states and seen many hospitals and clinics. Worst for parking, ease of access, personnel, cleanliness, and care. The resident doctor was decent. He referred me for physical therapy, but after a day and a half the PT office had still not received the referral. This is slow compared to past experiences. I called and they said it could take a few days for the PT office to receive the referral. I will not be going to this clinic again.
