They don't allow use of atm is all you have is a debit/cc the lottery office always makes someone feel like a thief because the two rooms of operations are separated by one door on the inside when you walk in.

I came in and said I see the coolers are still not working.... and he replied do you know anything about air conditioning etc. I said yes I work at Marshall in the maintenance dept.. then he said well why don't you get a compressor and install it...so rude and unprofessional. He also said other things, but it is not worth it to mention...
