Horrible customer service!!! Ordered two pizzas and it took over two hours f to receive our delivery once we did the pizza was cold and made wrong. We were advised they would be sending two more pizzas due to their mistake. After an hour, called again and refused to make the situation right. Didn't refund our money or bring other pizzas. Do not waste your time with this place.
Every time I call I’m placed on hold for at least 5-10 minutes. I call back, same thing. I gave up and called Giovannis on Norway. They took my order right away. Gino’s has horrible customer service. Also wouldn’t deliver to my house. Told me to call the pub the other day.
Love this Gino's ,food is good and pretty quick! The staff is always so nice !!
