He located my tank in a matter of minutes and had the job done in a timely manner. He was very kind and courteous which is the most important quality to have when you are operating a business. I would highly recommend this company and will call them again for my future septic servicing.
We had a major issue with our system, Chuck came out on a Sunday morning, and fixed the problem. He is very knowledgeable and insured our system was fully functional prior to leaving. The owner is very professional and does quality work. Pumped my septic tank when i purchased my house. He knew exactly what he was doing and did the job fast. You honestly cannot find a better business to do what he does.
We had to call them 3 or 4 times to have them come to our home to pump the septic tank. They didn't bring the locator to find the tank and wanted to charge us over $1,000 to rent an excavator to tear up the yard instead. Overall they were not timely or professional.
