This is the worst company I have ever used. When John came to the house I signed up to get my roof fixed. He told me it would be two weeks. I received estimates on windows (for garage and basement) and told him if we decide to go with him we will call back. A week later he came to sign contract for the windows. Hadnt even schedule for my roof that has been leaking water (he forgot about it). He told me it would be two weeks and he would of his staff come fix my roof. When the appointment was scheduled they never showed up and forgot to call me to cancel. I had to miss work to be there for them for them to say "oops we forgot to call. We cant make it today" A month later he finally came. My roof finally started leaking through my lights. I would of went with someone else, but they arlready had a downpayment on my windows. I was told it would be a 3 day job and had scheduled off work. Come to find out it was a 6 day job. When it came to the windows.. The windows they had for my garage didnt fit correctly and broke the window and couldnt place it back in. So, I had a window in my garage that had a huge gap in it. THey told me it would be two more weeks until it came in. Well two weeks went past and on the third week they called me while i was out of town saying they were coming to my house. My husband was an hour in a half away and my dogs were outside. He left work and drove to let my dogs in and guess who didnt show? That is when i called to complain. Never got a returned message. Luckily one day I was off and i received another call saying they were on my way to my house(about 2 weeks later passed the time they never showed). They came and the workers were extremely rude to me this time. O and to top it off the window that I ordered for my basement does not open but 3 inches. What air can you get in with three inches. I was told that they would open like the windows of the old school doors. They dont and now I am stuck with windows in my basement that cant get enough air in to do anything with and absolutely hate. O and not to mention the things that got ruined in my garage due to them getting the wrong windows. When they called to see how the service was I told them it was very poor and told them exactly what happened. All i was told is there is nothing they can do and they were sorry. SORRY are u kidding me. I had things ruined, had to get a electricain in to check my light system due to there lack of scheduling, and have windows in me basement that barely open that i paid $3000-4,000 for and you are sorry. Also, everytime I looked outside they were on break. I think they breaked more then they worked(not the only person that noticed that, had neighbor notice it, my sister,andmy mom) If you want a company that will lie to make a sell, to not inform you of them not being able to make an appointment,and to have the workers sit around more then they work then this company is for you.
