Horrible customer service. I was told when transitioning from Ntelos to Sprint. That I could upgrade to the new iPhone after a year. When I tried to upgrade a year later. They told me I was on a 24 month installment plan to buy the phone. . And I could upgrade after next year. Not what I was told. I was lied to. Was on the phone with them for 4 days. Nobody could help me. They didn’t know what to do. And I kept getting the run around. Then I was told to take the phone to the store and they would buy the phone off me for $300 and I would have to pay the $117 left I owed on it. And then I could upgrade. The store said they couldn’t do that because I owed money On the phone. I was lied to again for the second time. I left and went to Verizon. I Wouldn’t recommend Sprint to anyone. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever ever been apart of. It’s like they don’t even care about their customers.

Most helpful store around and most honest! This store helped me switch my Ntelos account over to Sprint. Kept my current contracts and phone numbers!!
I been 4 month tri to take my daughter phone acount..still not done I'm going to another phone co and internet doesn't work half time
