Absolutely love all of the teachers! They have a great mix of classes that allow you to target and isolate different body parts using different movements from each class. I really enjoy the variety it brings to working out. I also love how everyone that goes seems to be a part of the community. You can really tell how supportive everyone is- not only in the excercise and health aspects of others’ lives, but also caring for general well-being overall. Great group! (:
