Historic and interesting, but definitely more suited to younger children. Good way to introduce a kid to the wonderful world of amusement parks. The rides are pretty tame and aren't very high on the thrill-o-meter. I believe this place is worth a go for family fun!
Was alright had fun they can't clean bathroom they had black mold. And they close 10 mins early.
Highly dissatisfied. Online hours posted. Showed up after a 1.5 hour drive to find out they didn't open for 6 hours. Drove home. Drove back at the time we were told they would open only to be told they were STILL not open and we had to wait nearly another hour. I am beyond infuriated. Driving for nearly 6 hours. Being lied to. Toting along 2 children. And all for basically a fair style amusement park. Save your money.
I LOVED this historic park. The Lil' Dipper and Big Dipper were classic fun. The old sign out front was great. I spend about three hours at the park. My only complaint was the men's bathroom was horrible and needs replacing. I had a nice time at the classic park. I would return and hope to at some point in the future.
An okay local alternative to driving a long distance for a great amusement park; this place is run down as of 2017 and in need of some cosmetic attention and upgrades.
