I have never in my life untill I came to Huntington got to experience a Greg hound bus or taxi. But the few time iv went and go on a daily base now the workers were very helpful and kept the place clean. If you missed your ride they will go out of there way to see if they can find a alternative way for you if not they at least attempt to help the best of there ability... Very nice, helpful, and useful place if your try to travle... Don't call a taxi go here and I joy the company and make new friendly faces

Dropped me off an hour away in Wythville then let me know it would be about 7 or 8 hours for the next bus to arrive. Had to cime back a day earlier than expected..had to purchase another ticket and was not reimbursed for the prior ticket. Feel as thiugh they robbed me.
They need to update the structure to something this century. Also disgusting customers (take gloves). Really nice staff though.
I've truely only been there a handful of times to transfer to another bus to go the route I needed to go well here we go for 1, I don't really see why you have to transfer to another bus just for the extra money that's the only thing I can think of. 2, I needed change for a five dollar bill one time and a guy that worked there had no clue on what I was asking people so he throws his to cents in and says there is no soliciting that's not me. 3 my girlfriend went in and got a 50 dollar ticket to go home and visit her family well I pulled up not parked pulled up on a spot and a woman came out hollering saying can't u read no parking I wasn't parked. All around really really rude staff down to the last one and I will walk Huntington before I use tta buses
