The atmosphere and attitude of the staff was excellent. Even while she was growling they commented on what a pretty girl she was and really gave her time to adjust to them.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They fit me in same day with a sick brand new kitten.

I want to thank Dr. Ball and the staff for their help with our little dog today. He was attacked by big dog and had to be euthanized. Thank you for trying to help him and being so kind.
Our dog has been poorly socialized and is not what you would consider an easy patient. She greeted each person that came into the room with growling. However, the doctors that treated her were calm and patient. By the end of the appointment, she was allowing them to pet on her without much fear/anxiety.
Took my small 15 mo. old Shih Tzu for neuter and hernia repair. His neuter incision is at the base of his penis not over the scrotal sac like others I have seen. Seems misplaced to me..that also left the entire scrotal sac hanging down like a flap of loose skin between his legs. Add to that the sutures themselves or adhesive at both surgical sites. Having been a nurse for over 40 years I must say these are the worse looking closures I've ever seen!! I will not take my dog back here... Dr. Rob is covering for Dr. Fulks and I should have researched her background a little better. I went to this facility because of the high ranking reviews. Big mistake on my part
