I've always had a positive experience at this clinic. There are a few veterinarians on staff, and I always saw a different one for our annual check-ups. While it could be good if you needed multiple opinions on your pet, I found that the vets didn't really know my pet personally. Aside from that, I've had only positive experiences here.
The only downside is that this clinic has two locations, so if you're set on seeing a specific doctor, you might have to either drive an extra 20 minutes to the Kenova building or wait a few days until your vet has returned.
I don't know about dogs or cats, but when it comes to small animals like guinea pigs, this is the place to go. Both the vets and the staff are kind and sympathetic, and the building itself has a warm, home-y feel to it.
When it came to the actual examination, the doctor didn't just take my guys to the back and kept them there for a few minutes; she carried out the examination in the room with me in it, and told me what she was doing and looking for. The doctor also was willing to show me how to give them medicine and trim their nails when I asked.
