My husband had both axels replaced on his vehicle 2 weeks ago at Loudermilks. Last Wednesday, the front drivers tire completely flew off on the Interstate. We had the vehicle towed to another garage and it was determined that Loudermilk's did not tighten the lug nuts properly. The car is a total loss. We called Loudermilk's expecting at the very least a refund on the services. The owner was extremely rude and told us that he didn't care and that is is not his problem. Not only are we out a car and $700 in services to this sorry excuse of a garage, another vehicle hit the tire. Two people could have been killed due to the pure negligence of this garage.
Great service and reasonable prices! I bought a 2000 Chevy pick up last year and every time I have had any problems with it I have taken it here and they always fix it up and get it back to me within the same day. If you take to them early in the morning you have a good chance of getting it back the same day.
Loudermilk's has been very generous and helpful in taking care of issues with both of my vehicles in the past three months.
