Sorry brit but you were parked illegaly right on the corner of a busy intersection while blocking a fire hyderent where you were hard to see. Somone could have turned and probably hit you. Your fault. And some minor and some major autobody work is done there. Words might have been said but he made it right. So quit being a whiny baby. And get this not one mark on the mercedez
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! Today a worker of Rich's backed into my car while I was there to get an inspection sticker, then tried to say they would fix it when they aren't even a body shop. Went to get estimates instead then took them back to them and they tried to say they were the ones getting scammed and started cussing and everything else bc they didn't want to pay up to get it fixed!...They are the ones that backed into my parked car and did the damages!!!! Very unprofessional!! P.S. I hope no one had a Mercedes there today bc I'm sure they won't tell you about the damage they did to your car backing into mine and will try to play it off as they don't know what happened to it.
Needed small work done, was treated well and finished in a timely fashion
