This was Sissy's first visit to Pet Palace. She was here for a bath and to have her nails trimmed. They did a great job. I also looked at the boarding facilities. I think it will be a good backup to her normal "hotel ". I was disappointed that they didn't have cameras in the rooms. I'll update the review once she stays here.
Very friendly staff and owners. Wonderful with animals, quick to get an appointment, and will do any type of style or grooming that you prefer. Would recommend this place to anyone who loves their pet.
Super nice staff, but like any pet store, prices on toys are a bit high.
I gave it two stars because the next nearest per store is Petland in Ohio. Not happy.
Me and my husband went to per palace today for new fish the workers were very nice, they have a nice layout for the animals.. they just don't know to much about fish and how to easily Handel them.
The pets seem unhappy and not very well taken care of. Collars and other items are overpriced (One was $25 and it was so small it would maybe fit a Chihuahua or kitten.)
