Later, she picks it up. I almost laughed at the poor job they did. I don't know if it's because they're just that rude and spiteful and they didn't want to do a good job because of the issue or if they're really just that terrible and detailing. I think both.
My aunt takes her jeep at a later date to redeem her certificate. They wouldn't accept it because the "boss" wasn't the one that wrote on the paper. He starts yelling and cursing because he didn't want to "lose out" on money that I have already paid and they have already spent!! Absolutely appalling and disgusting customer service, if you could even call it that. Finally after a little bit they figure out who wrote out the certificate after I had basically been called a liar. Reluctantly, my aunt continues having her jeep washed/detailed just because it had already been paid for.
Don't waste your time or money... Touchless car wash at BP does a better job.
So, let this be a warning. Take your vehicle ANYWHERE but here. Do not waste your money. Your dog could lick up more crumbs than these people vacuumed.

If there was an option for zero stars, this sorry place would have gotten that. 1 star is too good for them.
Let me start off by saying these people are rude.
My aunt kindly asks them if they are going to finish her jeep once she sees all of the filth they carelessly left behind. I don't know exact words or very specific details but my aunt said the daughter talked to her like she was a dog. The son was very rude, and as we have established, I assume the "boss" is the owner and he was also rude.
Nothing nice about them. We bought a gift certificate for my aunt. Apparently the "boss" is who normally fills out and signs their worthless certificates and he wasn't there the day we purchased. (Mind you they're certificates are on a blank sheet of printer paper) Another man filled out and signed the certificate.
